About this event

For this instalment of our virtual Parent Cafe, we will be joined by two of our team's Wellness Coaches - who you may know best as Miss Brittany and Miss Josey - to discuss how to help your child develop self-awareness and healthy coping strategies for self-management at all ages.

Based on the programs we have used and seen success within the classrooms, Brittany and Caitlin will show how you can use these tools in your own home to help your child understand those hard-to-have feelings and build a trusting relationship. We will discuss how to use these tools with preschool-aged children all the way to grade 12.

This event will be recorded and shared with registered participants after the event. The event will be hosted via Zoom.

If you have any questions or trouble registering for the event, please email voice@gsacrd.ab.ca.
